After Curfew Improv Team

Improvisation in the performing arts is a very spontaneous performance without specific or scripted preparation. The skills of improvisation can apply to many different faculties, across all artistic, scientific, physical, cognitive, academic, and non-academic disciplines.  

Our improv team auditions early in the school year, rehearses weekly, and performs for local community groups or schools. They build their skills in improvisation through improv games, and then take their honed skills to competition at the annual Thespian Festival in January. Our improv team took first place in competition at the 2021 Thespian Festival!
