Parchment Transcript Service
Kearney High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and verifications securely. Click the button below to access Parchment, set up your account, and request your records.
Requesting a Final Transcript
- Log in to your Parchment Account
- Click "Order Your Transcript"
- Type in recipient (name of college or university) OR click the link below that says "I'm sending to myself or another individual" if you need an unofficial copy for yourself or if you need it sent to a specific person
- Locate the "when you want this sent" section. It will default to "send now." Click the drop down menu and select "hold for grades." Go to minute 1:30 on the video included on this page for help.
- Either use an existing signature or create a new signature.
- Type your full name in the boxes below the signature section.
- Check the box that certifies that you are who you say you are.
- Select "continue."
- Review the information you entered.
- Select "complete order."
- To follow the progress of your request, select "orders" tab at the top and you can review from there.
How to Request a Transcript
Current Students - Setting Up an Account
Create a "New Learner Account" and check the box that says "I have a registration code." Utilize the code that was emailed to you. Proceed to enter the rest of your information to set up your account. See below for more information on setting up your account.

Alumni Students - Setting Up an Account
Create a "New User Account" and check the box that says "I do not have a registration code." Proceed to enter the rest of your information to set up your account.
Helpful Information
- Please note that $2.75 will be charged for all mailed transcripts. Electronic transcripts are unlimited and covered by the one time $5.00 fee.
