Academics at KHS

At KHS, we work tirelessly to accelerate student achievement and growth through data driven practices which foster a student-centered educational environment. Our goal is to help facilitate for students a clear path toward high school graduation and master the skills and knowledge needed for life beyond the Kearney High School campus.

While academics are our top priority, we are committed to supporting students to grow socially by having positive interactions with peers and adults. Students participate weekly in Bearcat Time where social and emotional learning skills compliment the development of well-rounded individual. Students at KHS will be encouraged to embrace integrity, teamwork, and respect for all.
